How To Use Conversational Hypnosis In The Work Place

Friday, April 3rd, 2009

There always seems to be one person at the office that can get whatever they want. They are the person with the office with the great view. This is the person that walks around with the great assignments.

We envy this person. They seem to rise above the mundane grunt work that the rest of have to do. There is a rumor that they may be sleeping with the boss. This is not true. This person knows the secret to getting ahead in the work place. The secret is conversational hypnosis.

Conversational hypnosis is the act of using hypnosis to control the mind of another. This type of hypnosis is done without the knowledge of the person that is being controlled. There are many applications where this type of mind control can be of use to a person.

One of the greatest advantages that this can give a person is in the work place. It is an easy way to get your boss and coworkers to do what you want them to. Imagine controlling their minds so that they agree that every idea that you have is the best one yet. Yes, this is the power of conversational hypnosis.

Mind control is all about communicating with the unconscious mind of the person that you are trying to control. This is how you can place the thoughts and ideas for actions into the mind of coworkers and your boss.

Now do not worry. You do not need to stand in front of the person swinging a watch to use hypnosis. Conversational hypnosis is not the type of hypnosis that you see in the movies. It is a much simpler version of what the movies have glorified as being a dangerous process of mind control.

Every conversation that you have consists of words, gestures and phrases strung together to convey the meaning that you want. This is also true of conversational hypnosis. You use the same basic techniques of having a normal conversation but with a twist.

The phrases that you choose to use with the person whose mind that you want to control will be focused on the unconscious mind. Once you have the connection with the unconscious mind, you can have the person do whatever you desire.

Getting ahead in the work place is a simple game. All you need to do is to know the steps and phrases of conversational hypnosis and you can get what you want. So, use mind control to get that raise that you deserve. Talk a coworker into working on a project that you do not want to do. It is all possible with hypnosis.

Focusing on Your Own Personal Development: Take the Time

Wednesday, April 1st, 2009

Do you ever wish you were someone else or somewhere else? Sometimes it happens that we get all wrapped up in our own doubts, fears and insecurities; that inner voice that nags at us and doesn’t say the nicest things. Do you ever feel that the grass is greener on the other side of the fence? It might look like someone else is doing better, feeling better, more successful that you. The reality is that many people, perhaps most people are having a similar experience and perhaps are more scared than you.

Focusing energy on your own personal development is a key to being truly satisfied with you. Taking a dedicated amount of time each day and focusing that time on you can be the greatest gift you give to yourself.

The Internet offers a wealth of self development and self improvement opportunities. There is a wealth of information available. I use a system of self improvement that incorporates reading, audio and video programs on topics ranging from wealth and prosperity; to marketing; to self esteem, motivation and mindset. Learning and self development is part of a self development plan. The next part is incorporating that learning into life. With any educational program you have to sort through what is meaningful and what is not, for you.

The first step to self improvement is self love. It is perhaps the hardest love to achieve. Whitney Houston has a song “Learning to love yourself is the greatest love of all” is so true. Loving yourself gives you the ability to really love others. It is hard to give what you do not have, yet people believe that they can love others without truly loving themselves.

Modeling self love and personal development are more powerful than telling people “they ought to”. Their observation of your practices of personal development can model for them how to achieve similar success. Self improvement makes us better people, we can then inspire other people, and then the rest of the world will follow.

What areas of your life would you like to improve upon? Are there areas of personal development that you would benefit from?

Take a moment and create your personal development plan. A plan you say? Yes, a plan. A personal development plan increases your commitment. But you are also working to change patterns of behavior and habits. This does not come easily. A dedicated plan can assist you in doing this. Start with 15 minutes a day of focused personal development time. Choose your daily topic and take the time to read, listen, watch, participate in a personal development activity. Then take 15 minutes to integrate what you have learned. The effect of focused personal development only impacts your life when you integrate your new learning into your daily practices. It is just a learning event or training event and then it is over. Where to start? ….Start with self love.

Can The Law of Attraction Give You Instant Success?

Wednesday, April 1st, 2009

Millions of people read books about about the Law of Attraction but very few actually become successful. I did wonder why in the past.

I bet you do wonder too, sometimes, why only a selected few have managed to “make it”?

The reason is simple - Not known to most people, most of the things we think we want have been programmed into us by various forms of media - we don’t really want them and they aren’t really good for us. Thus, we have been “attracting” negative things.

It is said that thoughts become things. Even though you may think that you know the Law of Attraction as in having positive thinking all the times, you may be deceived that is the case but as a matter of fact, you still think in negative quadrant in subconsciously.

When we mentioned earlier that there seems, however, to be only a select few people who “make it lucky” when it comes to money, they did not achieve that level of success by chance!

Instead it is due to their total understanding of the Law of Attraction! They use the law of attraction in their lives to attract wealth. You can do exactly the same or even “speed the Law of Attraction up”, but there is a limit.

You cannot say you want to make a million like now even you now make 70% of that at the moment. We all know that even claiming a winning lottery ticket cannot happen instantly! You have to be patient and the statement of “be patient” does not mean you try to be lazy and not using the Law of Attraction. On the contrary, you have to keep using it.

The Law of Attraction is like anything else, cannot work unless you pay total attention to it. You must be willing to work with it every day. You need to focus on your goal, believe it is within your grasp, and visualize your achievement of it. In other words, you breath your success even before you cross the finishing line!

When you just start learning the Law of Attraction, you may try to do the visualization, the goal setting and etc but you feel that they are hard. That is alright as this is normal because you have just started practicing it. My advice is to keep going as you are already taking the first step which is wonderful!

When you truly live the Law of Attraction, you will begin to look at life in a different way. It may seem crazy to believe that by simply changing the way you think can change your life, but it is true. You can get favorable results and outcomes, too when you really make the Law of Attraction your second nature!

Failure - Invaluable Feedback on Your Path to Success

Wednesday, April 1st, 2009

Fear of failure is a key reason why many people do not achieve their full potential and the success they desire in life.

Failure is often associated with the feelings of rejection, embarrassment, disappointment and a host of other negative emotions. However, what many fail to accept is that failing at a task does not make you a failure. It’s how you perceive the outcome of your actions that determines whether or not you consider yourself to be a failure.

Failure is simply feedback.

It simply lets you know that the combination of action steps that you took in your attempt to achieve a particular goals was not successful. And here’s the thing - you can get so wrapped up in your feelings of being a failure that you miss seeing that while overall you may not have achieved your desired outcome that there may have been elements of what you did that were successful and that by tweaking and improving these elements you can probable achieve the result you desire.

“Remember the two benefits of failure. First, if you do fail, you learn what doesn’t work; and second, the failure gives you the opportunity to try a new approach.”
Roger Von Oech

Alternatively, it may not have even been the action steps that you took that were at fault but the order in which you took those action steps.

Also when many people perceive that they have failed instead of wasting no time at all in getting back in the game, they procrastinate. And procrastination plays a big role in the success equation. In Formula One for example you often see what appear to be horrific crashes. The truth is that nowadays safety measures have improved to such a degree that the impact of a crash on a driver is not as bad as our imagination would let us believe.

And once the driver involved in the crash has been given the medical all-clear they can’t wait to get behind the wheel again and race. They realise that at some point they may crash again and that throughout each and every race they’ll probably make numerous errors. Some will be minute but others will be very costly indeed. However, each and every time they get behind the wheel they’re aiming to do the very best they can do. And sometimes, this will be rewarded with a race win.

When a driver doesn’t win a race he doesn’t brand himself as a failure. He simply analyses the race to see what mistakes he has made and where he can improve. And he focuses on the next race.

In some industries failing is vitally important. For instance, it is important to know how and under what conditions an engine will fail. As the American Engineer Charles F. Kettering said:

“The biggest job we have is to teach a newly hired employee how to fail intelligently. We have to train him to experiment over and over and to keep on trying and failing until he learns what will work.”

Life is a game and so make failing part of that game. Too many people stifle their progress in life because they’re too afraid of making a mistake. Noah St John, author of “The Secret Code of Success”, advocates giving yourself permission to succeed. The irony is that to succeed in life you also have to give yourself permission to fail:

“Don’t be afraid to fail. Don’t waste energy trying to cover up failure. Learn from your failures and go on to the next challenge. It’s OK to fail. If you’re not failing, you’re not growing.”

So hopefully you’re now ready to fall flat on your face and get up again in your quest for success. However, it would help if you had a proven system to help you master achieving success.
